Hello!

A Little Introduction...

Welcome to my brand new blog! Here I plan to share little snippets of my life, stories, photography tips/tricks/triumphs/etc. of things that I've learned along the way or things that I am learning. You will see client sessions and probably lots of photos of my family.

My photography journey first began in high school when I took a class from a family friend using my grandfather's old film camera. Like so many others, it really took off when my children were born and I wanted to capture those fleeting moments in the most beautiful way possible. Since then, I've tried to soak up every little bit of information that I could and continue to do so. I'm constantly inspired by my family, changing seasons, light and color.

I love sunshine, giggles, my family, coffee, chocolate, and Pinterest. I am a huge animal lover--with a dog, a cat, and six chickens it feels like a zoo at my place sometimes. I am an introvert but I love being with and connecting with others. Myself, my husband, and both of my kids are all left-handed.
